2nd Annual Food Safety Summit – Kahului, Maui

Day 1 – UH Maui College
Keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and a buyer–grower exchange focused on farm food safety practices, certification pathways, and resources available to Hawaiʻi growers.

Day 2 – Farm Tour
Visit a working farm to see how food safety practices are implemented in real-world operations and hear directly from farmers about their experience with certification.
